Hannah Johnson
I am Hannah Johnson, the creator of Leave It in God’s Hands. It is my honor to stand in agreement with you in prayer, trusting God to move powerfully in your life. I continually strengthen my spiritual gifts through intentional prayer and time spent in God’s Word, allowing Him to guide and shape my heart.
To me, prayer is not just an option it is a way of life. It is an ongoing, intimate conversation with God, rooted in faith, trust, and surrender. I am deeply passionate about prayer and equally committed to helping others grow in their understanding of it, so they too can experience the peace, clarity, and power that comes from a genuine relationship with Him.
Why Pray?
Prayer deepens our relationship with God. Jesus provides us a blueprint of where to start!
Please see the scripture below from Matthew 6:9-13:
This, then, is how you should pray:
“Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation
but deliver us from the evil one"
The Power of God works
My love for God flows from the truth that he first loved me (1John 4:19). When I pray I draw near to God, and he draws near to me (James 4:8). I have dealt with depression and anxiety but, GOD.... Through prayer and reading my word with a community of people from church I was delivered. Each moment in prayer is a reminder that the lord is near and he is the one who is truly in control. When you pray you are giving GOD complete control over your situation. Pray over the good moments and pray over the bad moments. PRAYER is a weapon! When you decide to pray over yourself, your family, or maybe a situation that is you allowing God in to take complete control.
